How to submit your accommodation onto the Welsh Tourism Website

How to submit the easy way
If you already have your own website, all you have to do is e-mail your website address to us and, with your permission, we can construct your one page advert from the information displayed on your website. (Some website images and text are not always suitable for Netring to use, and you may fall into the next category for submission)
How to submit normally
If you wish to go ahead, and you do not have your own website, we can construct the page from the text information and a selection of photos or images you send to us. Please include a brochure. However, to achieve satisfactory images on the page, we would prefer the original images or photographs. These should be sent to Netring, P.O.Box 8, Llandysul SA38 9 together with the text on a CD or a floppy disc and, if necessary, will be returned to you providing you supply a stamped addressed envelope.
There are still areas of our Wales Holiday Advertising that are not active but you could be the first to be in that area.
The site is easy to use, fast loading and it already receives an average of 200,000 requests a year which come mainly through Google, the World's No. 1 search engine. We have set up sponsored adverts on Google, so that whenever "welsh tourism", "welsh tourist board", "holiday wales" plus many other key words are searched for with Google (www.google.com), our sponsored advert appears on the right of their page.
You can check this by clicking on Google Search or Google Search for Welsh Tourism which will take you direct to that particular search.
We find that this beats all the press advertising and with the high profile domain name it proves to be an initial attraction to get people to browse the site.
We do not list everybody that applies. The standard of the accommodation has to be high. However, we do not inspect your accommodation. Our judgment is made on the facilities supplied, any tourist ratings such as by the AA, RAC, WTB ect., plus the photos that you send to us. Please send sufficient photos/images allowing us to assess your accommodation. From these, we will select the most appropriate to display you in the best possible light but always with your approval.
